SHIPPING & RETURNES
Cappadocia Tourist Pass is a ticket distributer and an event organizer or “provider” as described in the Consumer Protection Law. Thus, Cappadocia Tourist Pass’ responsibilities are limited to those that are regarding sales and distribution of tickets, organizing tours, events etc.. Cappadocia Tourist Pass cannot be held liable for any loss or damages that may occur about, by or around the event / attraction / show / services provider (hereby “Attraction”). Tickets either physical or electronic cannot be resold.
All orders can be cancelled for a 100% refund until 21 business days before the “Pass Start Date” chosen during the order process
If the order due date is less than 7 business days ahead or if it is already shipped out and/or delivered, upon a cancellation/return a €20 cancellation fee will be deducted from the total to be refunded to cover the delivery & handling costs.
If your pass is already shipped out, the refund will depend on the successful and complete (no tickets/services used) recollection and return of your Cappadocia Tourist Pass back to us.
Any product/service other than the Cappadocia Tourist Pass, such as “Airport Transfer”, “Balloon Tour” etc. can be cancelled during the Cancellation Period. Add-ons cannot be returned and/or cancelled after the Cancellation Period and are not a part of the Money Back Guarantee.
For all returns and cancellations you can contact us via e-mail (email@example.com), phone (+90-532-740-08-50) and chat on our web-site (www.cappadociatouristpass.com). The date that appears on our systems for your first contact regarding a cancellation/refund will be taken into account when calculating the difference between the cancellation/refund date and the “Pass Start Date”.
If the Balloon does not fly, we refund the balloon price.
